Our latest build
We're thrilled to share our first complete website build as HU Designs: a brand-new online home for 1st West Craven Scouts in Barnoldswick! This project was built using WordPress, combining plugins, external widgets, and custom code to create a site that's both functional and inviting.
The site showcases the group's activities, volunteer opportunities, and ways to get involved. The vision was to be engaging and easy to navigate, with a modern design that reflects the fun and adventure of Scouting. Plus, we added a simple donation system to make supporting the group easier than ever.
From concept to completion, the project was a rewarding challenge, and we’re proud to support a fantastic local organisation.

Our latest refresh
We’re excited to share a recent website refresh for Women with Waders, specialists in pond maintenance, cleaning, and planting across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Cambridgeshire.
This project involved reworking layouts for a smoother user experience, updating and optimising imagery, integrating social feed, and carrying out general site maintenance. The goal was to ensure the website reflects the expertise and professionalism of the Women with Waders team while making it more visually engaging and user-friendly.
It’s been a pleasure working with them, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration throughout 2025 and beyond!
